Appointment Policies

Is a deposit required to make an appointment?
Yes. A $50 deposit will secure an appointment for your procedure that has been exclusively reserved for you to ensure personalization of service. Because my time is committed to you, a 24 hour notice of any appointment changes are requested. However, if the appropriate cancellation time is not met and you wish to schedule another appointment, there is a $25 nonrefundable fee. All No Shows will Not be rescheduled. Deposits can be made by credit card, check or cash. All checks must clear prior to your procedure. There will be $35 return check fee. There are no guarantees of results for any permanent makeup or micro needling procedures as personal outcomes can not be determined. If the technician is unable to perform the permanent makeup application because of client intolerability, there will be a $75 set up fee.

Visitors and Children
Observers in the procedure room are prohibited by CDC and OSHA’s guidelines. The tattooing of anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed under Idaho laws. Due to the length of your procedure, transportation and child care should be arranged prior to your appointment. There are facility policies regarding children in the waiting room. No child shall be unattended or supervised by a minor at any time for their safety. Please call for more information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
